Providence Homes Upgrade Policy

UPGRADES POLICY – All upgrades can be added to the sales price but will require the amount of the upgrade to be released to the builder as a non-refundable fee paid within 5 business days of approval. The non-refundable fee is credited to the buyer at closing as a part of their down payment.
